David & Susie Shelton-Dodge

David and Susie Shelton-Dodge are internationally respected Montessori educators, teacher educators, consultants, and leaders whose combined careers span more than five decades.

Together, they have served as classroom guides, school leaders, teacher educators, practicum directors, consultants, presenters, and mentors. Their lifelong dedication to Montessori education has supported children, families, and adult learners across the Montessori community.

Recognized as the 2023 American Montessori Society Living Legacies, David and Susie continue to inspire educators through their commitment to authentic Montessori practice, prepared environments, leadership development, and educator growth.
